This took me SO long. Seriously. I wanted the yellow of her scarf to stand out more and it looks someshow dark... Anyway, this is the original character of Saiyuni at Gaia Online, her name is Luna. I loved the reference and I really liked her outfit, the colors are well-combined and she looks so joyful!

I had no idea of what to use for a backgound. I thought it would be too much, so... I skipped it.

Done with watercolors, ink and white acrylic paint.
Time taken: about 8 hrs.

Mm, I love the bright, citrus colors! She looks so tasty. The scarf adds a great sense of life and motion as well and really moves the eye around the piece. Well done!
